Dear Marina and Sergei,
As a figure skating fan, I've watched number of skaters, but it's a fact that no other skater is capable of reaching out and touching the audience like you two could. Your performances are legendary and will always be remembered as the best.
It's a dream of mine to have a signed autograph of you. I hope you will make my dream come true.

Hey Marina and Sergei - just found your website. Hope you are both doing well. How are your boys doing - I'm sure they are both fine young men now. Carly was so happy to see you when Disney came to California. She is now on the new Royal Caribbean ship "The Allure" skating with her partner, Pasha. Take care - would love to hear from you!!

You were the most beautiful couple on the ice. It gave me chills to watch you perform. You could see the love you had for each other and for the ice! Thank you for the memories.

Dear Marina & Sergei,
the first time I saw you was on TV at a friend's during the 1992 winter olympics, and we were only casually watching - until your free dance started. It moved me to tears, and still does sometimes now, although I've seen it countless times (I bought a video tape a few years later, and nowadays, there's youtube).
That was truly a historical moment, I think there has never been an equally beautiful and moving ice dance performance.
It was so beautiful that one can hardly stand it :-) Thank you!
Regards and best wishes

Dear Marina and Sergei! Your Drakula dance is so beautiful! and really inspiring! and all your programs are. i watch them on youtube all the time and can't get enough! Drakula is one of my favorite free dances now! This year Pnantom Opery by MerylDavis-CharlieWhite and the one by OksanaDomnina-MaksimShabalin also became my favorites, and i watch them all the time too. And i dont know about technical part, i love your programs for their beauty and cause they are so interesting. Watching them is like watching an exiting film or a book. Sorry that sounded awkward! Watching your skating always makes me feel happy and enjoy skating!
And also thanks for the golden waltz! i am not there yet, but steps look really impressive! i so want to learn it!
Thank you so much!

Like many others, I watched the Olympic skating this year. And, like many others, I was drawn back to your performances. Bravo! Nobody ever did it like Klimova and Ponomarenko. You have given so much joy to all of us. Much happiness to you!

Everyone has their memory of magic; mine was in watching the two of you skate that gold medal sequence in 1992. Those were difficult times for us, I never knew your names, but I remember that electrifying dance, with that fabulous ending. Today after all these years, I found it on you-tube, and it is still magical to me. How appropriate the selection of music etc. If you lived in the Boston area, I would come with my 11 year old to personally thank you for your contribution, just to my memory-self. I wish you & your family love your whole lives, and LOTS of success.

I watched the 2010 Olympics and enjoyed it; yet, I couldn't help but reach for an old VHS tape of the 1992 Olympics to watch (several times over) that year's ice dancing gold medal champions' performance. To this day, no one has ever come close to Klimova and Ponomarenko's artistry, beauty, and genius...unequaled.
